In its version 2018 Update 3 so far autodesk to refined and modified some of the elements that has made famous MAYA. This always maintains its purpose of being a tool aimed at animating and modeling characters in the most detailed and specific way possible.

Maya has a large number of extensions now incompatible and always keeps the personalization of the work with the storage of the scripts console of the commands or scripts most used by the user being this deferent to that of many programs that use similar elements as SKETCHUP.

The most relevant elements of the latest version are the improvements to the editors and new tools to facilitate access to certain modifications for both skin and hair with the XGen many of these options are already available in the 2017 version with a lower stability.
